Team KDA’s strong finish at the PNG Karate National Championships 2016

Congratulations to our hardworking athletes and to our coaches, Sensei David Lay, Sensei Reiner de Leon, and Sensei Maricar Rimando, for an outstanding display of excellent karate prowess at the recently held PNG Karate Championships in Lingayen, Pangasinan.

The PNG serves as the qualifying games for inclusion to the Philippine National Karate Team. A gold or silver medal finish secures the athlete a slot in our national team and our small delegation of 10 athletes were able to finish with 7 golds, 4 silvers, and 3 bronzes.
